Frontier Aviation Auctions operates on a buyer’s premium model.

There are:

• No fees for sellers
•  A clear, tiered fee structure for buyers

 Our pricing is structured in bands, with each band capped at the base fee of the next — ensuring a fair and predictable outcome at every level. 

The buyer’s premium is applied based on the final sale price, with each band capped to ensure a fair and predictable outcome:

• For assets sold between $1 and $10,000, a buyer’s premium of 8% applies, capped at $600. 
• For assets sold between $10,001 and $50,000, a buyer’s premium of 6% applies, capped at $2,000. 
• For assets sold between $50,001 and $100,000, a buyer’s premium of 4% applies, capped at $3,000. 
• For assets sold between $100,001 and $250,000, a buyer’s premium of 3% applies, capped at $5,000. 
• For assets sold between $250,001 and $500,000, a buyer’s premium of 2% applies, capped at $5,000. 
• For assets sold between $500,001 and $1,000,000, a buyer’s premium of 1% applies, capped at $7,500. 
• For assets sold between $1,000,001 and $5,000,000, a buyer’s premium of 0.75% applies, capped at $25,000. 
• For assets sold above $5,000,000, a buyer’s premium of 0.5% applies, capped at $50,000.

• The buyer’s premium is calculated based on the final sale price 
• Each pricing band includes a cap aligned to the next band, ensuring no sudden increase in fees 
• As asset value increases, the effective percentage reduces, keeping pricing fair for higher-value transactions

 Sellers pay no commission when selling through Frontier Aviation Auctions.

This means:

• full control over sale price 
• no deductions from proceeds 
• a clean, transparent transaction structure

• The buyer’s premium is payable prior to introduction to the seller 
• The premium is a platform service fee and is separate from the aircraft purchase price 
• Frontier Aviation Auctions does not act as a broker or agent in the transaction 
• All transactions are completed directly between buyer and seller
